Silja Rantanen’s and Carolus Enckell’s (1945–2017) collaborative large-scale public work Så skimrande var aldrig havet in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, is completed. The total work of art is a composition of wall paintings and mosaics on the facade of the new apartment building Kvarteret Victoria.

The work was commissioned by the Kvarteret Victoria Foundation and its realisation was overseen by the Pro Artibus Foundation.
