Hatje Cantz has published a new illustrated art book on Santeri Tuori’s photography. The publication is titled Time Is No Longer Round, including texts by Timothy Persons, Alistair Hicks and Birta Gudjonsdottir.

Santeri Tuori’s (b. 1970) compositions of trees and clouds are fascinating photography montages made up of several layers of images. The result is nearly abstract, complex images of nature. The eye is no longer guided toward a vanishing point around which the image is organised – instead, viewers enjoy a wealth of new perspectives.
