Essi Kuokkanen will be one of the featured artists in ARS22 at Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art, Helsinki. Participating are over 50 artists from 20 countries, among which are also Anna Estarriola and Joel Slotte, who’s works Galerie Anhava has had the pleasure to exhibit in the past years. The exhibition is the tenth in the series, launched in 1961, and runs from 8 April to 16 October 2022.

ARS22 features some of the most compelling contemporary artists and art, and for the first time, the show will also include key works from the past decades. The aim is to create a space of encounters, empathy, shared experiences and community, and raise questions about the environment, economy and technology. The exhibition is the first to be shown at the newly renovated museum building.
